Eleven Moon Phases in Folio 86v?

[Dobri]

I counted 190 small bumps in the 2nd layer from the top of the roundel in the lunar folio (shown as red spots).

In my opinion, there is one less of your little nodules, which you marked with red dots and this is due to the insufficiently precise assignment of the little nodules in the second layer. As I illustrate below, there is at least one less of these nodules. For this reason, there are 189 of these nodules and not 190 - which means that in no way can it be associated with the Menton cycle.

There is still a possible possibility that there are more of these dots in another place - but I did not feel like checking it. Maybe once again, this time more precisely, count the nodules from the second layer from the top of the round circle... because your assumptions are not confirmed by facts.

Thanks, Gregor. You are right and bump #6 in your illustration seems to be a part of the 'fence' of layer #7.
Meanwhile, I found one more small bump (see the attached image), so we are back to 290 bumps in layer #8... for now.
I updated the image in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. accordingly.

Perhaps becoming overjoyed after finding someone is wrong on the Internet when counting small bumps, you quoted You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. (190 bumps) but apparently your illustration is concerned with You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. (290 bumps).

Here I can fully agree with you for a second time that concerning layer #8 "in no way can it be associated with the Menton cycle." The Menton cycle is along the You are not allowed to view links.
