LLMs give the appearance of reasoning but when the Voynich manuscript is concerned, they make up non-existent patterns. If you check out the threads in Chat GPTrash, you will see common themes very similar to yours. ChatGPT and its cousins love to claim there are things like "eightfold symmetries" in glyphs, four themes, or like yours three morphological markers. It's always made up.
You're welcome to submit ideas that haven't had LLM input but we've had to draw a red line against LLM theories because there were simply so many.
