If we compare the Baresch's entry with the one above - we see the same wording (only the papers were in German and Baresch's were in Czech): prjedloziw list na pargamene w Jazigki niemezkem...na swiet zrozeni...
Are they talking about some sort of birth certificates?

Based on comparison with another entry it looks like 'w strzedi den pamatny'

I think Baresch is submitting a document which is written in Czech and states the area of his nativity. 
I also see other records for individuals that mention Niemeczkem (german) and Latinskym (latin).  Their submitted documents must be written in either german or latin.
