I would read it as aror Sheey (not oror);  and both aror and  Sheey occur in the VMS.  In particular, on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. line 28:

   

When I transcribed that page, I entered that as a single word.  Given the occurrence on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. (where it is clearly two words) I would now break that occurrence on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. with a comma.
