It says "Geis mich", without the "l", just like in f116v.
It's not a recipe involving milk. "Der Geis mich tribuliert" could be translated as "the goat is tormenting me", perhaps "goat" means "satan" or something.
You posted this in 2 threads, so here also the reply:
Textblock says:
"Der Geitz mich tribuliert,
Die Hoffart mich vexiert,
Der Neyd mir ließ kein rhu"
...
Der Geiz mich tribuliert -> the stinginess (not greed aka Gier) is tormenting me,
Der Hochmut ("Hoffart" is outdated) mich ärgert ("vexiert" is outdated) -> the pride/arrogance annoys me,
Der Neid ließ mir keine Ruh' -> the envy is not leaving me in peace.
You see even the different letters ß = sz in "ließ", and the tz in Geitz in your own picture.
"Death" is mentioned in the line above.
So in a row of Death, stinginess, pride, and envy: which one is the goat?
