I like to think that this kind of phenomenon exists for any specialization. If I were a medical doctor, I'd probably need to stay far away from online medical content, for my own sanity.

There's a guy on Youtube I watch whos day job is being a qualified psychiatrist. He said in one of his videos a study was done and found that 92% of content on Tiktok was incorrect regarding mental illness. I'm guessing the play is to avoid if you are in his shoes.. or you will need a psychiatrist for yourself  .
