This isn't my area of expertise, but isn't there a difference between gibberish and random gibberish? 

Lets say you have a wheel with 3 rings, each containing a letter corresponding to 1 of 3 slots in a word (prefix, middle, suffix) and you construct the words by rolling a dice for each slot, you would have meaningless gibberish. But it would be structured gibberish, with rules on which characters could appear where. You would also write many words multiple times by chance.
