Can you please make a MDS plot for The Owl and the Nightingale?

I extracted the lines of the two spelling systems from the BL ms and added 3 missing lines from the Oxford manuscript, removed punctuation and converted everything to lowercase, then cut these files in slices of 50 lines to create pseudo-pages.

I see some differences in frequencies, but they are not immediately obvious, unlike "ed" in Currier B.

I tried to do it myself but I'm not sure if it is correct. It seems OK but the parameters may not be optimal. Gemini wrote the script.

I am impressed by how well the two clouds are separated. Each dot is a pseudo-page of 50 lines.
