I decomposed the vectors in the P/F vs K/T into actual word patterns.
A few patterns, K/T/P all move roughly the same on, such as 'od;
T and K mostly track each other, but diverge in specific areas.
P diverges from both K/T in other areas.
The most obvious are that Pcho transitions almost certainly into pche, a little lagged behind generic Te/Ke rises.
Here is the full comparison across several identified changes.
So P does not seem to really be an abbreviation of Ke, Te, K, or T. If they ever where directly equivalent, it would have been sometime before 1a was written, because they have already diverged at the start of the manuscript -- not just in Ke/Te already existing, but Kcho and Tcho seem to already be below P as well. So just making P = Ke does not fix this.
In my opinion:

In my opinion:
- this heavily implies the actual creation of P/K/T happened somewhere before the start of the MS
- P is not a simple abbreviation of any combination of K/T characters
- P words appear to follow their own evolution paths, some changes from K/T appear in different ways, others never appear at all, some only appear in P
- The biggest differences do seem to concern e-family words. The changes appear faster in K/T words ,
- Pche and Pchedy apear to rise in tandem with Ke / Kee, although they diverge in other ways
- In herbal B a large poprtion of Kee words vanish exactly as Ka words rise. P words are unaffected by this -- another spot where it diverges from K/T
