Maybe you explained it already and I missed it, but can you elaborate a little more on how they were found? How much are you confident in them?
I'm confident that these rules approximate what is going on, they describe real behavior that occurs at different points, and they mostly preserve the frequencies of individual words across them. I found these by iterating through possible rules and testing if the words they would transform into match the observations in a different section.
However, I'm not confident they represent the exact changes that occur. Just because chol roughly matches up with chedy in terms of overall frequency, doesn't mean that chol actually transforms into chedy. Similarly, the path it takes to get there could be different than my proposed path.
For instance, my Chol->cheol->chedy chain mostly preserves counts, but so does Timm's Chol->cheol->cheo->chey. Either could be correct. It is difficult to tell exactly which words are changing into which other specific words.
I have been working for over a week now on a more complicated program to attempt to match up words between sections, an measure the mutual entropy that results from such transformations, to see if information is being lost.
but I don't think it is ready yet. So I may have more robust work to share on this if I can get that completed.
