I have thought evebody here and his dog know this manuscript
And this "star" section definitely rings a bell when compared to f68r1 and f68r2.Notice that is not an astronomical illustration but an illustration about fortune telling. It shows "stargazers", ancient wise men and prophets looking into stars and getting their precognition from them.
To be precise, this picture in Cod. Ser. n. 2652 shows planets and not stars but in medieval time it was the same. The word "planet" itself means "wandering one" and meant a star moving erratically on the sky. And planets and stars looks exactly the same on the sky as some bright points.
Personally I had a brief moment when I spent more time with f68r1. It seemed like a gigantic crib - just guess the name of few stars and you have the cipher broken. Unfortunately it doesn't work due to some reason.
I discovered that it is similar to religious pictures showing creation of the world by God:
Today, I think it is quite possible that this Losbuch picture is inspired by world creation pictures and f68r1 in Voynich Manuscript is inspired by similar picture from some Losbuch.
I have also said in another thread that I find probable that parts of Voynich Manuscripts are a Losbuch, a real or fake one.
