I think Bess is not using EVA.  I think she is only using clip art.  While there is something to be said for always going to the source each time, that also means that each time (each character over and over) you have to make the judgement call of what character the ink on the page was intended to represent.  Most of us only want to do that once, not over and over.  Of course errors can be made and at some point the source should be consulted.  But in my opinion, that verification should happen at the end of a decision, not over and over each time.  EVA makes life easier.

The PDF pages 11 and 12 have clip art.  Not EVA.  For the following I'm having to make judgement calls for her clip art.

It looks to me like EVA "ch" ( ch ) is doing a lot of work here.
