Claude's attempt at a translation:

On the bath that is called Astruni
Astruni does good to people whom catarrh has weakened;
if the uvula has dropped, it restores it to its usual place.
It is well suited to the throat, to those whose windpipe suffers from catarrh,
and this water gives help to injured eyes.

it warms the body in which the watery humour holds sway.
It stirs a keen appetite, takes away the stomach’s queasiness,
and in many people removes every ill that comes of catarrh.
It drives off sluggishness of the limbs, cleanses the chest,
and fits the passage of the throat for the service of the voice.
Phlegm, which is so often wont to arise in many from [...],
it forbids to flow down from the crown of the head.
