If I were placing bets, I would bet that it's more-or-less a substitution system and that it won't hold up under scrutiny. I could be wrong. More power to her if she proves me wrong. But that's my guess. -

For a long time again a "sign of life" from Alisa Gladyseva. The lurid title of her video from April reads:

To me, her attempts at translation seem quite constructed.
edit: There was also a conference at the end of July in which Gladyseva participated. The title of the conference is strangely general.

The key to a decipherment of the Voynich Manuscript was a plant Lavandula. Analyzing the text of the Voynich Manuscript was found paleography of its characters:‘L’ ‘A’ ‘V’ ‘A’ N’ ‘D’. It was made possible to the conception of decipherment: to find out the whole alphabet, with the help of other names of plants. Ability to analyze text of the Voynich Manuscript to recognize which information was relevant (in this case names of plants), made possible to determine at what point there was sufficient information to solve decipherment. There are only a few flowers that have its Latin names in the Voynich Manuscript, for e.g. ‘Capsella bursa-pastoris’ (other names of plants carry culture-specific ethnobotanical vernacular meanings). Detailed analytic studies the paleography of its characters was made possible to definite the letters ‘B’ “U’ ‘R’ ‘S’ ‘P’ ‘S’ ‘T’ for further successful accessible reading of the whole Voynich Manuscript text. The whole alphabet of the Voynich manuscript is deciphered as well as the whole text of the Voynich manuscript.

The polyalphabetic system, which uses several monoalphabetic figures periodically, alternating between each of the three words. Depending on the position of the internal disk, 24 possible variations are defined. One of the disks of the different alphabet was used to represent the decryption method, and the other was from the alphabet with the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 (Hernández Gómez, 2010). But it is important to underline that the polyalphabetic system in Voynich manuscript was used partly (Gladyseva, 2019). -

Thanks, I've seen a lot of people who say they've figured out how to decipher the code, but their advanced theory doesn't work at all. -
